Purpose of the Job
To support Service Manager in managing the workshop team to achieve business targets, ensuring smooth workshop operations and service quality, as well as fulfilling Audit requirements.
Responsibilities

Manage the workshop team, and assist Service Manager in workforce planning and performance evaluation of the workshop team to achieve the monthly and yearly business target

Manage workshop operations to maximize the productivity, efficiency, and maintain repair quality

Ensure the execution and application of Porsche Service Process in accordance with Principal standards

Ensure Principal standards & internal audit requirements are fulfilled for respective service centre

Offer technical expertise on the diagnosis and repair solution

Liaise with internal parties (such as Service Advisors, Technical & Warranty, Parts, Drivers) to foster a smooth operation and meet the delivery schedule

Conduct test drive with customers to identify the repair needs and communication with customer is required

Manage the work environment, facility & safety of the workshop, ensure tools and equipment works effectively

Any other projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering or above
- At least 2-3 years' work experience as Workshop Manager or similar positions in the industry, exposure in European motors brand is preferred
- Self-initiated, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication and people management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
