Training Assistant

Purpose of the Job
The Training Assistant is responsible for assisting Senior Trainer, in preparing training materials and supporting e-Learning system administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update training materials, including but not limit to training decks, quick tips, selling scripts, onboarding materials, videos, and digital learning materials in company e-Learning system
- Conduct market research and product comparison to prepare new product training materials
- Administer the company e-Learning system and maintain training records
- Support pre- and post-training logistics, including preparation of training rundown and handouts
- Perform store visit on necessary basis
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder or studying university
- Great sense of ownership and self-motivation with good organisational skills
- Good command of English and Chinese, and proficient in Chinese word processing
- Experience in video shooting/ editing, and e-Learning system will be an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required
