Purpose of the Job

此職位主要負責支援電商日常營運，包括處理網上訂單履行、與供應商及物流夥伴協調、操作 Oracle 與 WMS 系統、維護庫存報表與送貨文件，並跟進送貨問題以確保流程順暢。

Responsibilities

  • 與電商團隊合作，處理每日網上訂單之履行及庫存預留
  • 與供應商聯繫，跟進送貨時間表
  • 使用 Oracle 建立採購訂單（PO），並於 WMS 建立預先出貨通知（ASN）
  • 協調第三方物流（3PL）之入倉事宜
  • 每日更新庫存報告並維持妥善的文件歸檔
  • 更新順豐速運訂單資料，並跟進送貨問題或客訴個案
  • 維護送貨證明（POD）及相關文件記錄

Requirements

  • 具 1–2 年電商、物流或營運相關工作經驗者優先
  • 熟悉 WMS、Oracle 或相關系統者更佳
  • 良好的協調能力、溝通能力及注重細節
  • 熟練使用 Excel，能獨立處理多項工作
