Purpose of the Job
Responsibilities
- 建立及帶領高效團隊以提供卓越的顧客服務體驗
- 適時處理顧客意見及投訴，提升顧客對服務的滿意度
- 貨存管理包括店鋪補貨、貨品到期日監控、日常貨物進出等
- 管理及監察公司及店舖營運政策、規則及程序的執行符合公司的標準
- 分析店舖銷售數據的達成情況，及時制定及推行行動計劃以提升業績
- 提供有效的工作培訓及輔導予店舖員工，激勵團隊及適時作出表現回饋
- 不斷帶領及激勵店舖圑隊達成店舖的銷售目標及有效完成區域主管所分配的相關工作
- 管理店舖日常運作、各類產品分類規劃及市場推廣活動，與有關部門保良好溝通及提供有建設性的建議以強化店舖的運作
Requirements
- 中五/中六DSE程度
- 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語
- 具備良好的溝通技巧及表達能力
- 三年或以上寵物行業及同等職位經驗或五年零售店舖管理工作經驗
- 守時, 主動, 有責任感, 有飼養竉物優先
- 具備良好的溝通技巧及表達能力
