Purpose of the Job
The job incumbent will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional advises on aftersales services.
Responsibilities
- Recommend the after-sales services to customers to address their concerns / needs as well as based on technician’s assessments.
- Proactively follow up with customers on repair progress, estimated completion times, and any changes.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring all parties are informed about service updates and changes.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend additional services, products, or upgrades that enhance their experience and vehicle performance.
- Maintain close communications with internal parties to ensure smooth operations within the service centre.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle any related enquiries / complaints effectively.
- Adhere to principal and company’s audit and business processes.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above, with major in automotive engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Holder of a valid driving license is preferred (Class 1 and 2)
