Service Advisor Assistant

Purpose of the Job

The job incumbent will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assist the Service Advisor in managing appointments and repairs, and ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Service Advisors in delivering high-quality aftersales services to customers, consistently meeting both Porsche global standards and internal dealership requirements
  • Maintain proactive and regular communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates on progress, quotations, and addressing enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Liaise closely with technicians to monitor repair timelines, ensuring all work was completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal shareholders to ensure a smooth operation and an efficient vehicle delivery process
  • Support invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, service quotation, invoices and requests, and customer interactions
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder or above, with major in automotive engineering is preferred
  • Passionate in developing career in motor industry
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientated mindset
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Holder of a valid driving license is preferred (Class 1 and 2)
