Senior Sales Executive

Purpose of the Job

Develop the sales and distribution of Jebsen Wines & Spirits portfolio and achieve the sales & GP targets focusing on Specialties and modern retailers

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop sales and distribution of Jebsen Wines & Spirits (JWS) products including wines, spirits, and waters across specialties accounts, including but not limited to Delicatessen, E-comm Marketplace and Wine Stores
  • Achieve the Sales Revenue & GP targets set by JWS management
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to arrange and execute promotions for customers to drive business growth
  • Proactively obtain market information, monitoring competitors’ initiatives and establishing trade relationships to increase sales revenue and market share
  • Develop good rapport and networking with key buyers and stores managers 
  • Work closely with internal teams on orders follow up and AR management
  • Ensure the growing reputation of Jebsen Wines & Spirits in HK

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration
  • 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG industry, MNC experience is preferred
  • WSET level 2 or above is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, well-organized, self-motivated and outgoing
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Sales Executive
