Senior Revenue Growth Management Executive
Purpose of the Job
The Senior RGM Executive will work within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) in Jebsen Beverage, reporting to the manager of RGM.
As a Senior RGM Executive, you will act as deputy to the RGM Manager. Play a key role in supporting the RGM Manager in executing revenue planning, monitoring sales performance, and managing commission processes.
Works well in a team environment, this person needs to have an enthusiastic character in problem solving, with detail oriented and analytical mind set.
Responsibilities
- Builds target models, runs reforecast cycles, and drives annual/quarterly planning across channels. Monitors performance, diagnoses gaps, and initiates corrective actions to improve achievement.
- Utilize data analytics tools and software e.g., PowerBI to enhance revenue planning and outlet categorization.
- Ensures master data accuracy in SPM/ERP systems and partners with IT/BI for automation and dashboards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
- Maintains SOPs for target setting and outlet intelligence and promotes continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Qualifications include a university degree and 4–6 years of experience in Sales Planning, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience with SPM/ERP systems preferred.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to act as deputy leader when required.
- Have ownership and commitment in all assigned tasks; ask for support if there are any unresolved challenges or difficulties.
