Senior Process Transformation Manager

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will assist in overseeing transformation projects, business and operation processes throughout the Beverage organisation.  Be responsible for identifying and documenting the current business processes, proposing process enhancement to drive transparency and efficiency as well as implementing process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end business processes transformation initiatives involving people, process, and/or technology changes, from strategy development to execution and documentation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and prioritise transformation initiatives, ensuring that clear targets, goals and expectations are set, tracked and communicated

  • Develop, and implement comprehensive transformation plans, including process redesign, change management strategies, communication activities and performance metrics/KPIs to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes 

  • Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to address the gaps and align the processes with the best practices 

  • Drive change adoption, integration and collaboration across key project participants (e.g., Business Partners, Sales, Marketing IT and Compliance teams) 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and transformation within the organisation

  • Lead and organise workshops and meeting with the process experts/owners and stakeholders to examine, design and implement the process changes

  • Train and mentor the process owners and users on the updated or improved processes and tools 

  • Ensure compliance with the organisational policies, procedures and standards

     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related field 

  • 10+ years of proven experience in leading and managing medium to large size projects and business transformation initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering successful process improvement projects with 10+ resources through full project lifecycle

  • Knowledge of demand management, procurement process, order to cash, finance operation, sales operation processes and best practices 

  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and drive change

  • Solid project management and skilled in using process improvement tools and methodologies, certification holder of PMP, Six Sigma, Lean etc. is preferred

  • Collaborative, team player, excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good command in written and spoken in English and Cantonese
