Senior Marketing Manager

Purpose of the Job

Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the brand portfolio marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement and increasing market share across different sales channel.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Brand marketing, trade marketing, team leadership, and data analysis.
 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Brand Management: Development, maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
  • Campaign and Activation Management: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment across all brand-building initiatives.
  • Brand Communication:  Manage creative & media agencies to develop brand communication and implementation plans.
  • Brand PnL Management: Manage the Brand PnL and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in marketing and branding
  • Experience in F&B or FMCG is a plus
  • Solid brand development background. Able to demonstrate successful track record in brand building and designing successfully strategies and campaigns based on consumer insights with strong business acumen
  • Proven record in building successful brands and new product launches will be an advantage
  • Brand and consumer centric, strong marketing and innovation background
  • Understand P&L, possess strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and insights to effective action plans, evaluate and optimize performance
  • Strong ability to influence and build professional relationships
  • Proven leadership and coaching ability to lead a dynamic marketing team
  • Excellent written & oral communication, presentation & interpersonal skill
