Purpose of the Job

To perform a full spectrum of Human Resources functions and support the department to ensure a smooth operation. Work as a team member to implement HR policies aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first contact point to resolve and advise Line Managers on compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations etc
  • Manage and administer HK & Macau monthly payroll accurately including variable pay / incentives calculation, and ensure compliance in line with internal audit and principal’s requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of personnel data, overseeing HRIS administration and attendance data maintenance, and preparing regular reports.
  • Organise staff engagement activities with the aim to strengthen & uphold employee satisfaction level
  • Execute HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and audit requirements.
  • Support the HR Manager on special projects e.g. talent management, development, remuneration package review
  • Provide support in full range of HR daily routines to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR field, preferably as HRBP or possess C&B experience
  • Well versed with Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinance.
  • Detail-minded, proactive team member with a can-do spirit, and uphold HR professionalism  
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
