Senior Customer Service Executive

Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

  • Process daily orders accurately received from email, online platform, telephone or fax etc.
  • Ensure order release to warehouse and follow up delivery status with Logistic team.
  • Follow up product returns.
  • Work closely with Sales team to provide variety of support services and help them to improve productivities.
  • Liaison with Logistic & Finance Team to follow up order related issues.
  • Handle customer enquiries or complaints including e-Shop customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect feedback from customers to identify and analyse their issues and offering recommendations to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain high standard and effectiveness of customer service, record keeping and reporting.
  • Perform clerical or administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years' order desk or B2B customer service experience, experience in FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Good telephone manner and customer oriented
  • A strong team player who is proactive, details-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office is an advantage.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
