Senior Brand Manager

Purpose of the Job
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and market share for our portfolio of wines and sake. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the local market, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
The incumbent will lead the wine and sake team and work collaboratively with internal parties (including channel sales and corporate partnership, finance and accounting, supply chain and logistics) and external parties (including principals and agencies) in developing plans and tools to meet business needs and drive market growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement brand and marketing plan of the wine and sake portfolio to enhance overall brand and business goals
- Leading the wine and sake team to develop, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns including digital and social media planning, pr and communications, promotion mechanics, events and consumer engagement to support brand and category growth
- Liaise between principals, work collaboratively with cross function team and sales team for ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Managing full P&L ownership, perform analysis including category performance, campaign evaluation, sales and distribution performance, inventory forecast and business reviews
- Act as the brand ambassador, conduct product training for internal and external parties
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of successful brand management.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years' working experience preferrable in premium FMCG brands, F&B and hospitality
- Passionate, self-motivated, strong strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Strong analytic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin preferred
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent experience will be a plus, candidate with less experience will be considered for Brand Manager
