Sales Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned accounts in Beer Division and be the primary point of contact for Western group account.
  • Develop the new business opportunity, new outlet development, improvement of VPOs and activation of sales at customer level.
  • Plan and develop sales strategies for assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of company goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing support and promoters are driving the business toward business goal.
  • Provide account servicing, develop and maintain a good business relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Facilitate and coordinate the order taking for customers.

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • At least 4 years’ sales experience in sales field, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Excellent in customer relationship management & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude to drive results and achieve target
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independent
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Representative
