Sales Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Blue Girl health growth in the wholesaling segment 
  • Achieve business targets of the wholesaler segment in terms of volumes & revenue while maintaining price stability amongst wholesalers 
  • Monthly stocktake of inventory at designated wholesalers 
  • Work closely with wholesalers and sales teams to grow the businesses in the trade through POC activations
  • Attain monthly customer sales invoices and reports to help expand our brands’ sales at customers’ level.
  • AR Management
  • Provide regular market intelligence, analysis and update on the wholesaler segment strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • At least 4 years’ sales experiences in FMCG wholesale segment
  • Experience in MNC would be an advantage
  • Solid trade relationships and connections
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, ability to deal with rejection
  • Good understanding of alcoholic beverage business would be an advantage
