Sales Manager
工作目的
Manage portfolio products across all channels with focus on on-trade and retail.
职责
- Manage relationship with existing distribution partners and seek out new complimentary sub distribution partnerships that can help further penetrate the market.
- Achieve sales goals set by management, these targets may include volume/revenue/asp etc
- Design consumer promotions to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitors
- Negotiate listing of products into a diverse range of on-premise accounts to include but not limited to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Bookstores, Gyms etc.
- Increase velocity of sales in existing on-premise accounts through various sales & marketing activities
- Build & Maintain Relationships with MOP accounts
- Maintain price stability across both retailers/wholesale markets
- Prepare sales reports for management on weekly/monthly basis
要求
Experience
- 10+ years in sales experience in FMCG industry (soft drink/plant-based milk/beverage experience preferred)
• MNC background in FMCG industry preferred
Education
- Bachelor Degree or higher

- Motivated & confident with strong work ethic
- Strong communication/presenting skills
- Effective negotiation skills including researching and being clear of the needs of the key stakeholders in the negotiation, and then effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all stakeholders acceptance
