工作目的
To grow sales of 31Jiu brands in assigned area i via growing new points of consumption (POC) and increasing velocity of sales in existing accounts.
职责
- Negotiate listing of 31jiu products into a diverse range of on-premises accounts to include but not limited to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Bookstores, Gyms etc.
- Achieve various sales goals for the assigned sales region set by manager.
- Increase velocity of sales in existing on-premises accounts through various sales & marketing activities
- Execute consumer promotions to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitors.
- Build & Maintain Relationships with MOP accounts across Shenzhen.
- Prepare sales reports for manager on weekly/monthly basis.
要求
Education Level & Professional Qualification :
Bachelors Degree or higher
Years of experience :
5年及以上即饮渠道销售经验，熟悉目标市场（有酒水及其他饮料行业销售经验者优先）
拥有即饮渠道客户开发经验
Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills requied :
Motivated & confident with strong work ethic
Strong communication/presenting skills
Effective negotiation skills including researching and being clear of the needs of the key stakeholders in the negotiation, and then effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all stakeholders acceptance.
