Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job

The role aims to manage and drive the sales of HK W&S local entertainment portfolio for meeting business targets 


  • Develop good rapport and networking with local night entertainment segment, work closely with the accounts to grow the businesses and achieve business targets
  • As a relationship builder, be accountable for establishing and sustaining strong business relationships with our existing / potential customers in the channel through regular visits to understand their needs
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Play a key role in driving the market presence, distribution, product visibility and activation, demonstrate good understanding of Value Chain and margin levers
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to arrange and execute promotion initiatives
  • Provide regular market intelligence, analysis and update on the business segment strategies and tactics, develop and implement business strategies


  • 4-6 years’ experience account management and sales experience in FMCG industry, MNC experience is preferred
  • WSET level 2 or above is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable and passionate in Wines & Spirits
  • Extensive existing customer network and relationship is required
  • Proven trade relationships and connections, strong in negotiation and account management skills
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Good at planning and strategic thinking
  • Positive, well-organized, self-motivated and outgoing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
