Sales Executive - Pre-owned Car

Purpose of the Job

The job incumbent is strive to achieve Pre-owned car sales target and other performance KPIs as set by the company and Principal.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly retail and sourcing targets.
  • Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Provide a high level of service to customers through the entire sales process.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Ensure that all sales-related documents are prepared, processed, and maintained in accordance with company policies and Principal standards.
  • Assist to maintain the POC Warehouse and logistics arrangement 
  • Any other task as assigned by Supervisor 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or equivalent
  • Possess previous working experience in luxury car brands with a proven track record
  • Be highly motivated, customer-focused and self-driven to achieve sales targets 
  • Presentable, and strong in building up relationship and communication skills 
  • Holder of driving license (no. 1 & 2) is a must
  • Obtain passes in IIQE (Paper I & II)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Shift duty is required
