Retail Operations Assistant

Purpose of the Job
The incumbent reports to Assistant Retail Operations Manager. S/he will be responsible for providing sales operations support to retail shops to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities
- Provide all kinds of administrative and maintenance, stock take, stock transfer, etc.
提供各種零售店的行政和營運支持,包括但不限於店鋪維護、庫存盤點、庫存轉移等
- Set promotion pricing for retail shops in systems
在系統中為零售店設置促銷價格
- Handle all stock movements and adjust in systems
處理所有庫存移動並在系統中進行調整
- Assistant supervisor in preparation of reports for Manager to review
協助主管準備報告供經理審閱
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
根據需要執行臨時任務
Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or above
中學畢業或以上
- At least 1 year experience in retail industry. Experience in retail operations will be advantageous

- Be a team player and accountable

- Possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
