Regional Sales Manager

工作目的

Manage the team responsible for sale of 31Jiu portfolio products into the HORECA channel. Be innovative with entrepreneurial flair to motivate current regional sales managers to drive velocity and deliver positive outcomes for the business.

职责

  • Achieve revenue/sales volume/GP targets set by management for given periods of time (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).
  • Manage & motivate HORECA sales team to work as a cohesive team.
  • Support regional managers on maintaining relationships with key distributors.
  • Support KA channel managers in execution of in-store promotions
  • Ensure price stability across HORECA channel, both in PTO and PTC as well as limiting cross territory sales of 31Jiu products.
  • Design consumer promotions to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitors
  • Help Sales Reps negotiate listing of 31jiu products into a diverse range of on-premise accounts to include but not limited to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Bookstores, Gyms, Specialty channels, etc.
  • Increase velocity of sales in existing on-premise accounts through various sales & marketing activities
  • Build & Maintain Relationships with key chain MOP accounts across the country
  • Prepare sales reports for 31Jiu management on weekly/monthly basis
  • Work closely and collaborate with marketing team

要求

  • Sales experience in FMCG / HORECA industry (soft drink/beverage experience preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree or higher within finance or business faculty, ideally
  • Strong business and finance acumen
  • Effective negotiation skills including researching and being clear of the needs of the key stakeholders in the negotiation, and then effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all stakeholders acceptance
  • Motivated & confident with strong work ethic
  • Strong communication/presenting skills
