Purpose of the Job
• 車間質量主管負責車間的維修質量，紀錄及分析維修質量問題。通過對維修過程的質量檢驗，確保所有維修過程達到質量標準，從而確保客戶收到高質量的維修車輛。
Responsibilities
- 負責試駕車輛，確保車輛需維修的地方已妥善處理，並操作正常
- 與內部同事溝通，協助找出車輛的問題所在或維修上的更正
- 檢查更換零配件的維修工單，評測工作質量及確認完成檢查
- 協助培訓學徒及維修工場的日常運作
- 確保有關試駕和相關紀錄符合公司標準
- 須穿著制服、安全鞋，遵守公司業務運作流程及守則
- 執行由直線主管指派的其他工作
Requirements
- 中學程度，必須持有學徒畢業證書或相關文憑或證書課程
- 最少 3 年的車輛質量檢驗或維修工作經驗，具維修歐洲車工作經驗者優先
- 須持有有效私家車及輕型貨車駕駛執照
- 具良好溝通技巧，能讀寫簡單中英文，懂基本電腦操作；懂DMS系統操作者優先
- 主動積極，嚴謹認真，獨立有耐性
