Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will mainly assist with reviewing and updating customer prescription records. This is a time-sensitive administrative project involving over 1,000 records from August 2025 to the present that require manual checking, and additional support will help ensure the review is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Review and check prescription letters received from August 2025 to the present.

  • Update the expiry dates of prescription letters in Shopify.

  • Add the appropriate customer tags in Shopify.

  • Send prompt messages to customers via SleekFlow (WhatsApp) to remind them to submit their prescription letters.

  • Maintain accurate records and flag any missing, unclear, or expired prescription letters to the Operations team for follow-up.

  • Handle customer and prescription information confidentially and in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Working period: 1 month

  • Working schedule: Minimum of 3 days per week

  • Good written English and Chinese.

  • Detail-oriented and able to review records accurately.

  • Able to handle repetitive administrative tasks carefully and maintain confidentiality.

  • Experience with Shopify and SleekFlow would be an advantage.
