Marketing Intern - Wines & Spirits

Purpose of the Job

Summer Intern will be supporting 2- 3 key projects within wine and spirits portfolio, working closely with various stakeholders to gain hands-on experience and deliver different marketing initiatives to pave way for your career in marketing. The incumbent will have the opportunity to take lead in scalable events and campaigns and engage with business teams, to share your voice and ideas.

Responsibilities

Sales Assistance:

  • Support client communication and relationship management; assist with prospecting, lead generation.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials, develop pitching decks, and update company profile.
  • Track sales metrics and compile performance reports.


Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, pop-ups, tastings, and marketplaces.


Market Research & Administrative Support:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Assist with contract creation and renewals.

Requirements

  • Current student in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Interest in wines & spirits.
  • Passionate, highly motivated, a team player. 
  • Outgoing, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good command of English, proficient in Chinese is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop career.
