Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
Purpose of the Job
The role will lead a small team to drive brand growth and commercial performance across offline & online channels by developing effective trade marketing plans, optimising e-commerce operations, fulfilment enhancement and ensuring consistent brand execution. The role will be accountable for HKTV Mall P&L.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans across distributor channels, including promotion mechanics, budget and sales targets to strengthen brand presence
- Analyse channel performance and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies for business expansion
- Work closely with Sales team to design and implement promotion plans and drive category growth initiatives.
- Oversee development of Trade POSM and toolkits, ensuring on-brand design and effective deployment
- Collaborate with different parties to ensure consistent brand storytelling, campaign alignment, and cohesive execution across all offline touchpoints
- Manage and optimize the profit and loss (P&L) of the HKTV Mall, ensuring effective cost management and revenue growth
- Identify key market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales strategies and optimize product assortment
- Lead staff in managing operations of E-Commerce Platforms including assortment, content, pricing, campaigns, and performance optimisation
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and efficient logistics for e-commerce sales
- Support any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing, ideally with FMCG background; Pet industry experience is an advantage
- Hands on experience with major e-commerce platforms including HKTVMall
- Strong agency management skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
