Marketing & Customer Relationship Management Manager

Purpose of the Job

The Marketing & CRM Manager is responsible for driving brand and sales growth of Q-Pets through brand positioning, integrated marketing initiatives and data driven CRM programmes. This role oversees marketing communications, retail marketing and CRM operations to enhance overall brand equity and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing and CRM strategy and implementation plan to enhance traffic, conversion, brand positioning and sales target, including digital marketing, in-store promotion, CRM programme, etc.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing & CRM activities
  • Work closely with other team (Retail Sales & Operation Teams and Merchandising Team) to develop promotion campaign
  • Optimize CRM roadmap and propose CRM offers to drive member acquisition, retention and membership sales
  • Conduct analysis and propose actionable recommendation to improvement performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor moves, translating insights into timely, evidence‑based strategic actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 - 12 years of marketing experience; Marketing experience in retail industry will be advantage
  • Proven experience in retail marketing, digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Presentable with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Work independently with good communication and collaborative skill, strong drive and a result-oriented person as well as works well under time pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing & CRM Manager
