Marketing & Customer Relationship Management Manager

Purpose of the Job

The position holder will lead a team to handle 360° retail marketing and CRM to grow store and e-commerce traffic, conversion, loyalty and sales target. The position holder plans and executes brand and promotional calendars as well as optimize customer lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop retail marketing and CRM strategy and implementation plan to drive traffic, conversion, brand awareness and sales target, including online marketing, in-store promotion, CRM program, etc.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing & CRM activities
  • Work closely with other team (Retail Sales & Operation Teams and Merchandising Team) to develop promotion campaign
  • Optimize CRM roadmap and propose CRM offers to drive member acquisition, retention and membership sales
  • Conduct analysis and propose actionable recommendation to improvement performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor moves, translating insights into timely, evidencebased strategic actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 - 12 years of marketing experience; Marketing experience in retail industry will be advantage
  • Proven experience in retail marketing, digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Presentable with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Work independently with good communication and collaborative skill, strong drive and a result-oriented person as well as works well under time pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Marketing & CRM Manager
