Marketing & Customer Relationship Management Manager
Purpose of the Job
The position holder will lead a team to handle 360° retail marketing and CRM to grow store and e-commerce traffic, conversion, loyalty and sales target. The position holder plans and executes brand and promotional calendars as well as optimize customer lifecycle programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop retail marketing and CRM strategy and implementation plan to drive traffic, conversion, brand awareness and sales target, including online marketing, in-store promotion, CRM program, etc.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing & CRM activities
- Work closely with other team (Retail Sales & Operation Teams and Merchandising Team) to develop promotion campaign
- Optimize CRM roadmap and propose CRM offers to drive member acquisition, retention and membership sales
- Conduct analysis and propose actionable recommendation to improvement performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor moves, translating insights into timely, evidence‑based strategic actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 - 12 years of marketing experience; Marketing experience in retail industry will be advantage
- Proven experience in retail marketing, digital marketing and campaign execution
- Presentable with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Work independently with good communication and collaborative skill, strong drive and a result-oriented person as well as works well under time pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Marketing & CRM Manager
