Logistics Officer

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating delivery arrangement and post-delivery related tasks. He/she will work closely with internal departments, warehouses, external logistics services providers to maintain efficient delivery operations and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments, warehouses, external logistics services providers to perform daily order processing coordinate delivery arrangement and solve their enquiries about delivery status.
• Handle delivery documents and administration, including but not limited to verification for billing, Proof of Delivery and Cash on Delivery etc.
• Monitor daily delivery operation progress to ensure operational procedures and guidelines are followed.
• Prepare regular analysis and reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate record on system and proper documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• At least 5 years’ related experience in logistics industry.
• Experience in local delivery is highly preferred.
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (vlookup & pivot table).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Logistics Assistant.
