Logistics Manager

Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the incumbent will support Beverage business and lead a small team to ensure daily local delivery order fulfilment and 3PL management while driving service excellence and operation efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor end-to-end orders with order desk, warehouse and 3PL to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining service quality standards, and return all related items of delivery orders including POD, COD payment, goods returned etc.
  • Manage 3PL partnerships with a focus on performance monitoring and cost optimization including but not limited to remediation process coordination with 3PL for agreed service level (ASL) fulfilment and performance evaluation (KPI) through data analysis for management review
  • Develop and implement end-to-end Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, productivity and consistency across operations
  • Identify improvement areas of logistic service and take initiatives to liaise with stakeholders by prioritizing and developing improvement plans with clear timelines & measurable indicators
  • Monitor and control logistics cost across 3PLs and internal business teams
  • Assist in training guide and briefing items preparation and deliver training
  • Handle complex cases, ad-hoc tasks, or projects assigned by Head of Supply Chain

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
  • Minimum 8 years related experience in which at least 2 years’ experience in manager role, experience in FMCG/Beverage logistics operation is an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Good communication and organization skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
  • Can-do attitude, result-oriented, with a strong service mindset and able to work as a team player with stakeholders
  • Proven track records to adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environment with agility
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills with vendors and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with logistics systems, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and route optimization tools is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
