Purpose of the Job
This incumbent is responsible for developing and integrating a centralized AI portal and Teams-based ecosystem to enable secure, scalable access to AI tools, connectors, and workflows across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build a shared connector library — a ready-to-use catalog of public APIs, MCPs, AI agents, and data dictionaries that teams can plug into their AI projects directly
- Populate with existing and commonly used connectors as a foundation for reuse and scale-out
- Build a centralized AI Portal with:
1) AI Tool Catalog — all whitelisted tools & chatbot entry points, one-click access
2) Application forms + approval workflows — new AI tool request, AI evaluation, Entra ID app registration, user access request
3) Governance dashboard — AI tool inventory, request/approval status, usage tracking
- Integrate internal tools and RAG Chatbot (currently web-based) into Microsoft Teams as Teams Apps/Bots — so users access AI tools without leaving MS Teams
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Python and web development (HTML/CSS/JS, React or similar)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, n8n, LLM APIs, workflow automation
- Experience with AI assisted vibe coding tools, such as Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, GPT Codex etc.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams development (Teams Toolkit, Bot Framework) — or willing to learn fast
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Platform is a plus
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, eager to learn
