Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our Centre of Excellence and Share Services team. This internship offers hands-on experience in automating HR processes, data analysis, and improving recruitment workflows using automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of UAT training materials and templates for continuous updates
- Support data gathering, compilation, and analysis to provide insights for TA and CoE initiatives
- Help automate routine HR tasks and improve digital workflows
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution, documentation and reports
- Provide administrative support for HR activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, HR, IT or relevant discipline
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of HR processes or a strong interest in human resources
- Ability to learn new software and digital tools quickly
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and comfortable handling data
