IT Project Manager

Purpose of the Job

The IT Project Manager leads and manages IT projects for core applications and platforms, which involves coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders, for ensuring the quality and timeliness of project deliverables as well as maintaining project documentation and reporting.


  • Drive and lead the entire lifecycle of IT projects for core applications and platforms, such as OMS, ERP, CRM, etc, from initiation to completion.   This includes but no limited to analysing business needs, defining functional requirements, creating project plans and schedules, controlling cost and quality of work.
  • Facilitate, coordinate the communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders, including business operations, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Ensure the project deliverables meet the business requirements, quality standards, and timeline.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business, technical teams and vendors, and play a leading role in project meetings, key project tasks, and requirements gathering.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project charter, scope, schedule, budget, status reports, meeting materials, project roadmap, and regular updates to PMO and Steering Committee.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate when necessary and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.


  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of solid project management experience, preferably in retail or beverage industry, with a focus on supply chain process transformation and business application implementation such as ERP platform.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving and leading large-scale IT projects in a multinational environment.
  • Certification in ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, SAFe, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels and departments.
  • More experience will be considered as Senior IT Project Manager.
