Human Resources Executive

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will support human resources operations, including frontline recruitment, onboarding, commission preparation, offboarding, staff cases, data maintenance and report preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations throughout staff life cycle including but not limited to the job design, onboarding, offboarding, etc
  • Handle end-to-end frontline recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview and offer
  • Conduct verification of sales data with rosters to accurately compile the commission file
  • Support performance management processes and assist in training coordination
  • Assist in preparing budget, forecast, headcount planning and HR reports
  • Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Handle employee enquiries and staff cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in developing and executing staff engagement & communication initiatives
  • Assist in ad hoc project/ initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 3-4-year experience in human resources, preferably in retail industry
  • Attention to details, high sense of ownership and good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & related HR ordinances
  • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AI Application
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive
