Purpose of the Job

Lead the Dining & Western segments of HK Beer Division to implement business strategies for achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in developing, driving and implementing business and channel strategies with primarily focus on Dining & Western segments, Macau Market of Beer Division
  • Assist General Manager of Beer Division in driving and reviewing the strategy, expanding and consolidating our distribution coverages which aligns with business direction
  • As a relationship builder, be accountable for establishing and sustaining strong business relationships with our existing / potential customers in the segments through regular visits to understand their needs
  • Develop and implement short and long-term sales and pricing plans linked to brand strategies to accelerate business growth. Ensure brand health growth with relatively stable pricing vs competitors
  • Play a leading role in driving the market presence, distribution, product visibility and activation in Nightclub segment 
  • Coach and develop team members actively for any further advancement / development opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree holder 
  • At least 10 years’ relevant commercial and sales management experience in F&B or FMCG industry is preferred
  • MNC experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Solid trade relationships and connections
  • Proven track record in developing winning channel strategies
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to deal with rejection
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent judgments and decisions
  • Excellent leadership skills and lead teams effectively
  • Mature and able to work under pressure
