Group People and Organisation Development Intern
Purpose of the Job
This role will support the People and Organisation Development team and Employee Experience team in the implementation and enhancement of learning programmes and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of learning materials and programmes
• Support the coordination and execution of employee engagement activities and events
• Contribute to the creation of communication materials promoting learning and development opportunities and engagement activities
• Provide administrative support for the operations of learning and development initiatives and engagement initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and record-keeping
• Provide administrative support to GHR department
• Perform other ad hoc projects
Requirements
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Organised with good time management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid skills in graphic design / video editing such as Canva/Adobe photoshop is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
