Purpose of the Job
Responsibilities

Leverage various AI technologies and tools to proactively explore, design and implement AI-powered solutions in HR scenarios, including but not limited to automated content generation, analytics augmentation and process intelligence.

Drive the transformation of HR operations from a traditional model towards an "AI-empowered + Data-driven" approach, continuously identifying innovative use cases for AI and automation in HR.

Design and deliver end-to-end HR process automation solutions using Power Platform and other automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyse HR processes (hire-to-retire, compensation, performance, recruitment, etc.) from both a technical and business perspective, identifying pain points and driving process re-engineering and optimisation.

Independently develop and maintain HR analytics reports and dashboards (primarily Power BI), covering data modelling, DAX measures, visualisation design and access control.

Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, validation and integration to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Manage data integration and interfaces between HR systems and other platforms, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow.

Support the team in the configuration, requirements follow-up and optimisation of the Group's core HR system (primarily SAP SuccessFactors).

Drive HRIS and digitalisation projects end-to-end — from requirements analysis, solution design, development and testing through to go-live — with a strong project management mindset.

Support the establishment and refinement of HRIS and automation governance standards, including data governance, access management and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems, data analytics, automation or AI applications.
- Proven hands-on experience in AI application development or AI-driven process optimisation, with the ability to independently implement AI solutions in real business scenarios. Not limited to any specific AI platform — proficiency in any mainstream AI tools or large language models (e.g. Copilot, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, open-source models, etc.) is welcome.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to independently handle complex queries, data processing and database management.
- Proficient in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX measures, report design and access control.
- Familiar with system integration concepts, including APIs, data flows and interface design.
- End-to-end system implementation project experience (from requirements gathering through to go-live), with the ability to drive delivery and ensure quality.
- Prior experience working in a multinational or foreign-invested enterprise, with familiarity of international business practices.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal), able to conduct daily written communication, prepare documentation and collaborate across regions in English.
- Highly self-driven and proactive — able to independently identify issues and drive solutions.
- Strong execution capability and hands-on mentality, willing to get into the details of technical issues and day-to-day operations.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, able to effectively bridge HR and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI Agent development, AI application architecture design or AI platform integration.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) in real project delivery.
- Experience in implementing or administering SAP SuccessFactors or other enterprise HR systems.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development or implementation.
- Experience in HR digital transformation projects.
