Purpose of the Job
Responsibilities
• Handle customer settlement and deductions
• Assist in receivable overdue resolution on a timely basis
• Assist in monthly closing process for responsible channels
• Responsible for invoicing/collection process of responsible channels to reduce collection cycle
Requirements
• Diploma or above
• 3-5 years’ experience in receivables, experience of handling Key Account is a plus
• FMCG experience is a plus
• MNC experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel Functions (Vlookup & Pivot Tables), Familiar with Oracle is preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Multi-tasking under pressure, good time management with Good communication skills and attentive to details.
