E-Commerce Intern (HKTV mall)

Purpose of the Job

This role will support the execution of E-Commerce operations and initiatives on HKTVMall. The intern will assist in day-to-day online platform activities, ensuring smooth product listing, promotional setup, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end product listing, including data entry, product information management, and content uploading for new SKUs on HKTVMall.
  • Support the backend execution of promotional campaign settings and configurations
  • Conduct regular price monitoring and analyse competitors’ promotional activities to support pricing and campaign strategies.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and Q&A responses on the platform, utilising standardised templates to ensure consistent communication.
  • Perform routine inventory checks to ensure product quality and monitor stock expiration dates.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Prior internship or exposure in E-Commerce or digital platforms is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of online marketplace operations would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written English and Chinese / Mandarin
