Design & Marketing Assistant

Purpose of the Job

This role supports the marketing and design functions by producing accurate, brand compliant creative materials. It ensures smooth execution of marketing activities across digital and in store touchpoints while providing responsive operational support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing and sales materials, including promotional posters, POP displays, social media creatives, sales sheets, and price lists
• Develop templates and manage a structured asset library across distribution brands
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
• Prepare POP materials such as price tags, shelf talkers, wobblers, posters, and tent cards, and handle replenishment upon request
• Deliver clean artwork exports in the correct formats for print and digital channels
• Coordinate and track delivery of samples and POSM materials
• Monitor social group enquiries using approved responses, escalating leads or issues as needed
• Provide support on ad hoc requests

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong discipline in artwork accuracy and output standards
• Fast, meticulous, and attentive to details
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple simultaneous requests
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
