Customer Service Executive

Purpose of the Job

The Customer Services Executive ensures efficient coordination of logistics operations, including order processing, delivery arrangements, and billing. The role serves as the main contact point among customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to maintain service quality and operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the 3PL logistics operations team.
  • Coordinate with team members, internal departments, and subcontractors on daily order processing and invoice billing.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and arrange daily delivery orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in order processing or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive, energetic, and possess a strong can-do attitude.
  • Customer-oriented, well organised, detail-minded, and capable of effective follow-up.
  • Experience or knowledge of WMS systems and fleet planning is an advantage.
