Customer Service Executive

Purpose of the Job

The job incumbent is responsible for ensuring efficient operations within the service centre by achieving workshop targets, enhancing customer engagement through effective communication, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Centre Operations by managing daily bookings, customer enquiries 
• Generate and prepare accurate invoices based on Service  orders, maintain detailed records of invoices and payments, and update financial databases accordingly.
• Maintain the Centre at a high standard at all times, to ensure its a amicable environment to customers as well as fulfilling Principal standards 
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Drivers and Technician to maintain a smooth operation 
• Ensure to comply with principal standards on work process, and submit reports / checklist on timely basis 
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor   

Requirements

• Diploma or above 
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience as Cashier 
• 2 years’ working experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field 
• Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and Self-motivated
• Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
