Purpose of the Job
The incumbent reports to Assistant Retail Operations Manager. S/he will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries related to sales and driving repeat purchases, and providing sales operations support to retail shops to ensure smooth operation.
客戶服務及零售營運助理會向助理零售運營經理報告。其職責是處理客戶有關銷售的所有查詢及推動重複性購買;並為零售店提供銷售運營支持,以確保運作順暢。
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to sales from all channels (such as omni-chat), including but not limited to assisting general customers and members with placing orders, and answering customer inquiries about product information during the sales process, in order to achieve assigned sales target
處理來自所有渠道 (如全渠道聊天系統) 的客戶有關銷售的詢問,包括但不限於協助一般客戶和會員下單,及在銷售過程中回答客戶對產品資訊的查詢等,以達成銷售指標
-Reach out existing customers via omni-chat to drive repeat purchases by analysing customers’ buying pattern and frequency
通過全渠道聊天系統聯絡現有客戶,並分析客戶的購買模式和頻率來推動重複性購買
-Update customers order status in a timely manner when orders are placed via omni-chat
及時更新客戶於全渠道聊天系統下的訂單狀態
-Support Assistant Retail Operations Manager to provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports for retail shops including but not limited to stock transfer, report preparation, promotion price setting, stock take etc.
支援助理零售運營經理,為零售店提供各種行政和運營支援,包括但不限於庫存轉移、報告準備、促銷價格設定、庫存盤點等
-Handle daily clerical work, such as invoicing, reporting, etc.
處理日常文書工作,例如開具發票、報告等
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
根據需要執行臨時任務
Requirements
-Secondary school graduation or above
中學畢業或以上
-At least 1 year experience in customer service field. Experience in retail operations will be advantageous
至少一年客戶服務行業的經驗。有零售營運經驗者為優先
-Be a team player and accountable
具團隊協調能力和有責任心
-Available to work shifts, including weekends

-Possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word, and efficient Chinese & English word processing.
