Customer Care Officer

Purpose of the Job

The role is responsible for handling customer enquiries & complaints and support through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer & complaints enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
  • Proactively Reach out customers for information confirmation or clarification
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders and services
  • Follow up on customer requests, complaints, and feedback to ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Coordinate with internal party to provide effective solutions.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service and daily operations.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High Diploma Holder, equivalent or above
  • Solid experience in customer services; candidate with pet industry will be advantageous 
  • Good command English and Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, independent, willing to work on Saturday (alternative leave will be arranged)
