Corporate Communications Assistant

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will report to Senior Corporate Branding & Communications Manager to assist with corporate communication initiatives. S/he will also support different projects assigned, including working with other marketing departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide layout and design support for internal and external communication materials, including presentations, posters, and digital assets.
• Assist in video editing and post-production for internal communication, events and social media content.
• Support office events and internal communications initiatives, including logistics, creative materials, and content drafting.
• Support preparation and coordination of social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant channels.
• Assist in AI-related communications projects, including research, creation of content examples, and preparation of internal sharing materials.
• Manage and organise marketing assets, ensuring a structured and updated shared drive with regular clean-ups.
• Provide ad hoc support to team members for cross-functional communication and promotional activities as needed

Requirements

• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro skillfully.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and be a quick learner of new digital and AI tools.
• Available to work in the office for at least two full days per week.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
