Channel Marketing Manager

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for Dining, General Trade and Macau market to drive sales and achieve business targets. This role requires hands-on dedication with focus on formulating integrated marketing plans and executing them to optimize results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel marketing plans that align with business objectives and cater to the unique dynamics of the beer market, to support management strategic directions.
  • Manage assigned channel marketing A&P budgets and evaluate spending and resources allocation to optimize ROI.
  • Lead and manage a channel marketing team for assigned channels.
  • Delegate tasks, develop and revise ideas, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget.
  • Develop and manage projects related to channel marketing initiatives.
  • Take a hands-on approach in overseeing and coordinating promotional activities.
  • Work closely and ensure effective communication with the Sales Team, Brand Marketing Team, and Principals
  • Maintain productive relationships with agencies and vendors to support trade marketing programs.
  • Ensure timely and quality deliverables of marketing analysis reports on programs and operations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess visibility and gather insights for channel marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or communications field
  • At least 5 years' marketing experience in FMCG field preferred with 1-2 years in supervisory / managerial level
  • MNC and F&B experiences are preferred
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
  • Good communication, organization, project planning and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
