Business Insight & Transformation Analyst

Purpose of the Job

This role will support the growth of Jebsen Consumer by turning sales, customer, and market data into actionable business insights, driving new business initiatives, and developing AI- and automation-powered solutions that enhance commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain raw sales data from data base and analyse sales trends, channel and SKU/category performance, customer retention, and competitor pricing/promotions; Translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Perform market analysis for assigned brands, channels, and projects; monitor performance and flag risks/opportunities
  • Support execution of new business transformation projects on schedule and coordinate with different teams
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and materials for management meetings and follow-ups.
  • Support building and improving of reporting tools, automated workflows, and templates to save time and reduce errors
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data/Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in AI transformation/business analytics/data analytics or related role
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, JavaScript, or others)
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous problems and draw conclusions from data with an analytical mindset
  • Hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data-visualisation tools is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese; Able to present insights
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Business Insight & Transformation Analyst. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
