Purpose of the Job
推廣和銷售產品以達到銷售目標,並提供高品質的客戶服務且管理團隊。
Responsibilities
1. 建立及帶領高效團隊以提供卓越的顧客服務體驗
2. 適時處理顧客意見及投訴,提升顧客對服務的滿意度
3. 貨存管理包括店鋪補貨、貨品到期日監控、日常貨物進出等
4. 管理及監察公司及店舖營運政策、規則及程序的執行符合公司的標準
5. 分析店舖銷售數據的達成情況,及時制定及推行行動計劃以提升業績
6. 提供有效的工作培訓及輔導予店舖員工,激勵團隊及適時作出表現回饋
7. 展示帶領及激勵店舖圑隊達成店舖的銷售目標及有效完成店長/ 區域主管所分配的相關工作之能力
8. 管理店舖日常運作、各類產品分類規劃及市場推廣活動,與有關部門保良好溝通及提供有建設性的建議以強化店舖的運作
Requirements
1. 中五/中六DSE程度
2. 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語
3. 具備良好的溝通技巧及表達能力
4.. 二年或以上寵物行業及同等職位經驗或3年零售店舖管理工作經驗
5. 守時, 主動, 有責任感, 有飼養竉物優先 具備良好的溝通技巧及表達能力
