Purpose of the Job
This incumbent plays a key role as the HRBP of the business lines. S/he will play a pivotal role in supporting HR initiatives for the organization. Reporting to the Head of HR of the Business Line, the incumbent will be responsible for a diverse range of HR functions, including but not limited to Business Partnering, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, People Development, Employee Relations and HR Analytics.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Build a strong business partnership with business leaders and managers and assist Head of HR to develop HR strategies to drive business initiatives, improve performance and enhance the overall employee experience
- Provide advice and counsel to staff regarding HR practices, policies and regulatory requiremen
TA/Staffing
- Be the “go-to” person to liaise with and collaborate actively with hiring managers and internal recruitment team in JD discussion, exploration of recruitment channels and ensure effective recruitment process is in place
- Manage full life cycle of an employee from onboarding, employee relations and off-boarding
C&B
- Handle full spectrum of compensation and benefits including but not limited to monthly commission calculation, commission & bonus schemes review and provide appropriate reward advisory to the business stakeholders
Workforce and Budget Management
- Perform Staff Cost Budget & Forecast and respective analysis of respective BU
- Responsible for HR analytics & ad hoc analysis for management review, including but not limited to workforce & staff costs analysis
- Identify effectiveness and efficiency improvement opportunities, support the implementation of work process enhancement initiatives
Performance Management
- Deliver and manage the progress of Performance Management process. Work with line managers and provide advice for performance management dialogue
L&D
- Work closely with Group Talent Management & People & Organization Development Teams, plan the implementation of different training & development initiatives
- Identify, plan and assist in implementation of appropriate training & development programs (Online & Offline) to meet the objectives and requirements of the business line
Employee Culture & Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives through partnering with business to develop engagement plan, design and implement activities and monitor progress
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, HR, psychology or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' solid HR experience with 2 years business partnering experience
- With relevant experience in compensation and benefits, preferably gained from sizable sales organization
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing commission and incentive programs
- Well versed with local HR and related legislation and experienced in employee relations including but not limited to managing internal communication, handling employee relations with designing and implementing employee engagement and training programs
- Strong numeric sense, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently. Hands on and passionate in working with people
- Strong influencing and project management skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills (e.g. MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in using PowerBI and design tools (e.g. Canva) will be a plus
