Assistant Corporate Communications Executive

Purpose of the Job
The role reports to Corporate Communications and Branding Manager and be supervised by Corporate Communications Executives on different projects. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, self-motivation, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain or provide support for the Group’s SNS platforms, including LinkedIn, such as contents creating and posters designing, and suggest replies for private messages from followers.
- Assist planning and execution of digital marketing projects and SNS campaigns.
- Support other team members in developing Jebsen website and intranet, including content operation and daily maintenance.
- Support Hong Kong Media activities and build relationships with local media.
- Work with other team members in development of MOMENTS magazine content, including planning the editorial plan, collecting information via interviews, copywriting or writing in Traditional Chinese in the Hong Kong idiom.
- Keeping up with the company or various business lines’ updates, executing suitable communication plan such as drafting news articles, providing event support, and creating internal videos.
- Be responsible for materials management in Hong Kong office.
- Daily news monitoring and managing the Group’s mailbox.
Requirements
- Degree holder of Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good knowledge of design software such as Adobe photoshop/ illustrator.
- Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be a quick learner of software tools in general.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, collaborative, resilience and a good team player.
- Detail-minded with strong sense of ownership.
- Well organized with ability of prioritizing work in sensible manner and to meet tight deadlines.
- Social media savvy and willing to take on new challenges.
