Purpose of the Job
The Assistant Business Planning Analyst will work within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) in Jebsen Beverage, reporting to the manager of RGM.
As an Assistant Business Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives. You will assist in data collection and analysis for business growth and improvement and support the communication of insights to the management team and stakeholders.
Works well in a team environment, this person needs to have an enthusiastic character in problem solving, with detail oriented and analytical mind set.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Prepare monthly reports and deep-dive analyses, transforming operational data into actionable insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in analysing sales, market share, and operational data to support performance evaluation.
- Utilize data analytics tools and software e.g., Excel, PowerBI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Help with scenario analyses to examine the feasibility of new business initiatives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- Qualifications include a university degree and 1+ years of experience in a business analysis or strategy role, with preferred exposure to business application systems.
- Core competencies include innovation, problem-solving, customer focus, and effective communication.
- Good team player
- Self-motivated with detail minded
- Demonstrate good English and Chinese writing skills with good communication and presentation skills
- Think beyond the as-is process to provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
