Area Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

This incumbent is responsible for leading and supporting multiple store teams to achieve sales targets, ensure smooth operations, comply with company standards, and enhance customer satisfaction.
此職位負責領導及支援多間店舖團隊，以達成銷售目標，確保營運順暢及符合公司標準，並提升顧客滿意度。

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support store managers and frontline teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  管理、培訓及支援店舖主管及前線團隊，以達致銷售目標及提供優質顧客服務
• Analyse sales data and store performance; promptly develop and implement improvement plans
  分析銷售數據及店舖表現，及時制定及推行改善計劃
• Prepare staff rosters and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, stock levels, and manpower allocation
  編排人手輪班表及管理日常營運，確保流程順暢、庫存及人手妥善分配
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards, providing coaching as needed
  定期巡店，確保各店舖遵守公司政策及標準，並提供必要培訓指導
• Resolve customer complaints with timely and appropriate solutions
  及時妥善處理顧客投訴
• Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and other teams to coordinate store activities and campaigns
  與市場推廣、分銷及其他團隊合作，協調店舖活動及推廣計劃
• Keep abreast of market and operational changes, reporting insights and updates to management to drive continuous improvements
  留意市場及營運環境變化，向管理層反映意見及推動持續改進
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in service levels, promotions, and store processes to enhance customer satisfaction and meet company goals
  主動發掘服務水平、推廣及營運流程的改進空間，以提升顧客滿意度及達成公司目標

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above
  高級文憑或以上學歷
• Minimum 9 years retail experience with at least 3 years in area supervision or management
  9年零售業相關工作經驗，當中至少3年具備區域管理或督導經驗
• Experience in pet supply industry is preferred
  具寵物用品行業經驗者優先考慮
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player with strong sense of accountability and communication skills 
  積極主動、以成果為導向、具團隊精神，並具強烈責任感及良好溝通能力
• Familiar with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word and Outlook etc.
